What Our Customers Say
The reviews that matter are the ones left after a bad night that we made better.

We would rather point you at our Google reviews than write our own praise here. If you are weighing us up against another contractor, the thing worth checking is what people say about how quickly we answered and whether the problem actually stayed fixed.
What customers tend to mention
Someone answered at night
Most refrigeration emergencies happen outside business hours, which is when most contractors do not pick up.
This is the single thing we hear about most.
The fault stayed fixed
Anyone can restart a compressor. The question is whether it is still running next week.
We confirm the box is holding temperature before we call a job finished.
The price was the price
Quoted before the work, not discovered on the invoice.
Nothing is replaced before you say yes.
The paperwork turned up
Service reports and COIs are usually the slowest part of dealing with a contractor.
Our customers pull their own from the app, any hour.
Leave us a review
If we have worked for you, a few honest words on Google helps other businesses in the same bind find someone who answers. And if something was not right, call 862-754-4795 and tell us before you write it — we would genuinely rather fix it.
Why we do not print glowing quotes here
Anyone can write five testimonials and attribute them to initials. Google reviews are harder to fake and easier for you to check, which is exactly why they are worth more. If you are comparing contractors, read what people say about response time and whether the fault came back — those two tell you most of what you need to know.
What to look for in any contractor’s reviews
Do they answer out of hours?
Most refrigeration failures happen at night or at a weekend.
Reviews written at odd hours tell you more than any claim on a website.
Did the fault stay fixed?
Restarting a compressor is not the same as repairing the cause.
Repeat visits for the same fault show up in reviews quickly.
Did the price match the quote?
The most common complaint about any trade.
Look for people mentioning they were told the cost beforehand.
Did the paperwork arrive?
Service reports and COIs are usually the slowest part of dealing with a contractor.
Particularly worth checking if you are a facilities company with deadlines.
If something was not right
Call 862-754-4795 and tell us before you write it down. Not to talk you out of the review — to actually fix the thing. We would rather spend an hour putting something right than have it stand as the public account of how we work.
