Call the 24/7 line rather than emailing or filling in a form. If a walk-in is warming up, minutes matter and a person will answer.

Our shop office. Visits by arrangement rather than drop-in.
Call ahead and we will make sure the right person is there.
Book online instead
You can book a service call online in about thirty seconds — tell us the problem, the ZIP code and a mobile number, and it goes straight to our dispatcher. Existing customers can sign in to the client app to book, track a technician, approve quotes, pay and pull their own documents.
Common questions
Is the emergency line really answered at night?
Yes. A person answers, not an answering service taking a message for the morning.
How do I request a certificate of insurance?
Existing customers can request a COI in the app in a couple of taps and it goes straight to our insurance agent with your details already filled in. Otherwise, call or email and we will sort it.
Can I get a quote without a site visit?
For simple repairs often yes. For installations, a quote without a site visit is guesswork, and we would rather give you a real number.
Do you cover my area?
We work across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. See areas served, or call and ask — we would rather tell you straight away than have you wait.
What to have ready when you call
Thirty seconds of information at the start usually decides whether we fix it on the first visit. If you can, have these to hand:
- What the equipment is — walk-in cooler, freezer, reach-in, rooftop unit, water heater
- What it is doing, and the current temperature if there is a display
- When it started and whether it is getting worse
- Anything that changed recently — a power cut, building work, a delivery left against the condenser
- The site address, ZIP code and how to get in after hours
- A mobile number we can text the technician and ETA to
Quotes, accounts and paperwork
Anything that is not an emergency — quotes, scheduling, invoices, certificates of insurance, W-9s, account queries — is best through the office line or email. Existing customers can request most documents themselves in the app and usually have them faster than asking us.
If you are a facilities company
Tell us at the first call that you are managing the site rather than occupying it, and who needs the paperwork. We will set it up so reports and invoices route correctly from the start instead of being chased afterwards against a deadline.
Which number to use
Anything losing temperature — 862-754-4795
Walk-in, freezer, reach-in, display case or cold room drifting out of range.
24/7. A person answers. Do not email this.
No hot water or no heating — 862-754-4795
Both stop a business trading, so both are treated as emergencies.
24/7.
Quotes, scheduling and accounts — (202) 490-8273
New equipment, planned maintenance, invoices and account queries.
Office hours, and you will get a considered answer rather than a rushed one.
Documents and general enquiries — email
COIs, W-9s, service reports, insurance paperwork.
Existing customers can usually pull these from the app faster than asking.
Requesting a certificate of insurance
This is the single most common non-emergency request we get, usually against somebody’s deadline. Customers on the app request a COI in a couple of taps — your business name and address are already filled in, and it goes straight to our insurance agent. If you are not on the app yet, call the office or email and tell us who the certificate holder is and what the deadline is.
New customers
You do not need an account to call us, and we will not make you set one up before we will help. If you want the app afterwards we will set it up for you — most people decide they want it the first time they need an invoice at an awkward hour.
Need someone now?
Call the 24/7 line and talk to a person rather than leaving a message.
